ReadMeter is operated by PusTechnologies and sold as a one-time license purchase through Gumroad (gumroad.com), our authorized payment provider. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued.

2. Refund Eligibility

2.1 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with ReadMeter for any reason within 30 days of your purchase, you may request a full refund.

2.2 Refund Requests

• Your order number or license key from Gumroad
• The email address used for the purchase
• A brief explanation of why you're requesting a refund

3. Processing Refunds

Refunds are processed through Gumroad, our payment provider. Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times may vary:

• Credit/Debit cards: 5-10 business days
• PayPal: 3-5 business days
• Other payment methods: Processing times may vary

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

• Requests made after 30 days from the date of purchase
• If the product has been used in violation of our Terms of Service
• If you have already received a refund for the same purchase
• Chargebacks initiated without first contacting our support team

5. License Revocation

Upon receiving a refund, your license to use ReadMeter will be revoked, and you must cease all use of the software. Continued use after a refund constitutes a violation of our Terms of Service.

7. Disputes and Chargebacks
